These rules are disclosed to clarify the various responsibilities of all community members here on Rambusco. They shall be adhered to by everyone to ensure that our board runs smoothly and provides a fun and productive experience for all of our community members and visitors.

1. Global Rules

   1. Do not flood or spam the boards. #
   2. Do not post off topic replies or create threads irrelevant to the board’s content. #
   3. Do not post, request or link to any illegal content; the staff will make judgments as to what is considered legal and illegal. Examples include (but is not limited to) illegal distribution of copyrighted content, child pornography (or pornography containing any one under the age of 18), or serial numbers for software. Violators will be permanently banned. #
   4. Do not use URL shortening services for malicious purposes or misguided intentions. #
   5. Do not start flame wars. Debates are fine, however posts of constant bickering and arguing will be deleted, and the parties involved will be banned if similar behavior continues. #
   6. Do not post pornographic materials, or any other images that would be not be considered appropriate, on work-safe boards. The staff reserves the right to decide what is considered work safe. Posts in violation will be deleted. #
   7. Always attempt to use proper grammar and spelling. Mistakes are fine, but poorly written posts will be deleted. #
   8. Do not troll. Posts for the sake of trolling will be deleted, and the poster will be banned if their behavior continues. #
   9. The biggest rule of all is to use common sense. Don't be a dick and everything should be fine. #

2. Legal

   1. The use of Rambusco is a privilege, not a right. Rambusco's administrators and moderators reserve the right to deny access however they see fit. You are in no way guaranteed access. The interpretations of the rules are up to the staff. Failure to comply with these rules, regulations, and policies will result in banishment of your IP address and/or being reported to your ISP if necessary. #
   2. Nothing should be posted that violates United States or local law. We do our best to remove all illegal content from our servers. Rambusco takes no responsibility for what is posted by its users. #
   3. Rambusco's administrators and moderators will do our best to keep boards work safe, however work-safe boards are not guaranteed to be safe for work. #
   4. Rambusco and its staff are not responsible in any way for false advice, misleading information or any other falsities that may cause any sort of damage. Be it of property, mental or physical means. #
